Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall engineer and furnish new and complete FSS for the Facility A and B Medication Distribution Room Additions. Work shall include deck inserts, hanger installation, piping, conduits, wiring, panels, sprinkler head installation, seismic bracing, pipe markers, valve tags, equipment nameplates, and all other items deemed necessary, and in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. In the event of a conflict between the Scope of Work (SOW) and the Plans and Specifications, the SOW shall prevail. • The Contractor’s design, material and installation shall conform to applicable Codes and Regulations, and as identified in the project Plans and Specifications. • The Contractor shall be present for and perform all Acceptance and Testing of equipment and devices with the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for each phase. • The Contractor shall work with the IWL Site Supervisor and cooperate with CDCR staff and all trades during all phases of work to resolve design or field conflicts. • The Contractor shall provide technical support and a minimum of eight (8) hours factory certified training on operation and maintenance to CDCR staff, upon project completion. • The Contractor shall provide final as-built documents, and operation and maintenance data at completion of the project
