Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a waste disposal site for Caltrans maintenance and/or landscape crews working out of Sonoma County Maintenance yards. A. Contractor shall provide disposal site for the disposal of highway litter, debris, and sweeping materials from State Highways and Right-of-Ways in the Sonoma maintenance area in the County of Sonoma for a period of two (2) years. B. Contractor shall accept materials to be disposed of that are accident generated debris, trash and litter picked up under various highway cleanup programs, clippings from State highways picked up by Caltrans maintenance crews, and sweeping materials generated from the powered mobile sweeper. C. If dumpsite fees are increased during the term of this Agreement, all increases to dump fees shall be pre-approved by the Caltrans Contract Manager.
