Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing four-lane undivided roadway along Washington Avenue between Third Street and Granite Hills will be converted into a three-lane roadway, which will consist of two travel lanes (one in each direction), a center lane that will be used for left-turning traffic, a bike lane and parking area on each side of the road.
