Specifications include, but are not limited to: Material Hauling Contractor will be required to haul material, which includes but is not limited to rock, gravel, sand, dirt, cold patch (cutback), and other material authorized by the District. Spoils Hauling Contractor shall haul un-separated spoils, which includes rock, gravel, sand, dirt, mud cutback, and both excavated concrete and asphalt, from the District’s Headquarters or jobsite(s) to a disposal site. Disposal Contractor shall be responsible for transporting all spoils received from the District to the Newby Island Landfill, located at 1601 Dixon Landing Rd., Milpitas, CA 95035. Contractor shall keep and maintain thorough manifests of all spoils received and disposed of and provide the District with electronic copies of such manifests on a monthly basis or sooner, if requested by the District.
