Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of on-call pump efficiency testing services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: General- Availability for “on-call” services within the maximum response time. Onsite field review and depict existing field conditions. Immediate notification to the City of potential problems. Provide recommendations for repairs of pumps as needed. Diligent effort to stay within costs approved for services for each project. Prompt notification is necessary if/when costs exceed 80% of the approved amount for a project. Performance of the above services in a professional and timely manner All work to conform to current standards, specification and regulations (including federal, state, local and trade specific). Perform pump efficiency tests on booster pumps. Perform pump efficiency tests on deep well pumps. Perform vibration tests on any pump found to be in need of test. Perform Infrared tests if needed. Provide written reports describing status of booster and well pumps
