Specifications include, but are not limited to: qualified consulting firms that specialize in storm water master planning, design, and storm drain fee assessments for municipalities to update the City's 2006 Storm Drain System Master Plan. Additionally, the city is looking for firms that have experience in setting up a "Smart City" Drainage Syste, that will assist in manage, monitor, and maintain the storm drain system. The Storm Drain System Master Plan Update (Project) will be separated into two focused and connected studies. The first study will encompass the Environmental and Civil Engineering fields with respect to hydrologic modeling, planning, design, and maintenance of the City’s current and proposed storm drain system. The second study will encompass the fields of Accounting and Finance and focus on the development and assessment of fair share storm drain fees associated with the existing storm drain facilities and proposed facilities as defined within the first study
