Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall work in a professional, courteous and considerate manner and comply with any Institution related policies as prescribed by CDCR (i.e., dress codes). The Contractor shall submit written appraisal reports for each Institution/Facility that has SOH. The appraisal report shall include a separate appraisal for each residential unit at the respective Institution/Facility. In addition, the Contractor shall include a compact disc (CD) to accompany each written report. The appraisal reports shall be standardized, organized, professional in content, and prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Rules and present a reasonable and credible value conclusion. The Freddie Mac Form 70/Fannie Mae Form 1004 or a reasonable facsimile shall be used for reporting. The Exhibit A-2, Appraisal Report Outline, is also an acceptable format for the appraisal report.
