Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. It is understood by both parties that the first month of the agreement will be for the transition of services, specifically for initial set-up to include the sizing and fitting of employees uniforms. During this period Contractor acknowledges that only initial set-up fees may be billed during this time, if applicable. Actual rental and laundering services shall commence the following month. 2. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Yuba-Sutter Area office, the services described herein: furnish all protective clothing and operational supplies, personnel, labor (including, but not limited to, the pick-up and delivery of goods), materials, tools, equipment, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other costs associated with the work to be performed in accordance with this Agreement.
