Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1). It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the overall grounds in a neat and clean condition and to comply with all local landscape ordinances. (2). Upon arrival of each service day, the Contractor or Contractor’s designated employee shall notify the DMV Project Manager to address any problem areas. (3). All work dates and times shall be approved by the DMV Project Manager before work is performed. (4). The Contractor shall discuss property boundaries with the DMV Project Manager at the start of the contract. (5). If the Contractor is using a portable blower, debris shall not be blown into any parking compounds, landscaping, planters, or patios. (6). Noisy motors or equipment utilized by the Contractor shall be operated with minimum disturbance to the occupants of the building or adjacent buildings.
