Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Management Task 1 is on-going throughout the duration of the project. It comprises of day-to-day project management including meetings, progress reports, tracking of schedules, invoicing and overall administration of the project. A. Project Kick-Off Meeting – Consultant shall schedule a meeting with the OCTA project manager or designated representative to kick-off the project; establish communication channels and protocols; discuss the scope of work, schedule, and budget; and obtain a thorough understanding of the goals for the project. B. Team Meetings (as needed) – Consultant shall coordinate team meetings as needed to include Consultant staff, OCTA staff, and other participants. These may include monthly team meetings as well as bi-weekly status update calls. Task 2. Convert FREQ Model to TransModeler The limits of the FREQ model are SR-91 between SR-57 and I-15. There are currently four (4) FREQ models: Existing Westbound AM Peak Period, Existing Eastbound PM Peak Period, Future (2040) Westbound AM Peak Period, and Future (2040) Eastbound PM Peak Period. AM Peak Period is between 6:00AM-10:00AM and the PM Peak Period is between 3:00PM-7:00PM.
