Approximately 1.86 acre square lot in downtown Stockton bounded by El Dorado, Lindsay, Center, and Fremont Streets. The City of Stockton (City) is seeking letters of interest and project concept statements for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of approximately 70,000 square feet of Stockton’s Historic City Hall. The City is seeking a developer that would fulfill the following objectives: • Rehabilitate the building while preserving the character of its historic complex; • Stimulate the local economy in the downtown area; • Keep a City asset in active use for public and/or private use; • Create a space that is consistent with the City’s 2015 Economic Development Strategic Plan and 2012 Urban Land Institute report on downtown Stockton to enhance the quality of life for Stockton’s residents, visitors, businesses, and their employees.
