Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project management services for active and future district facility construction projects. • Work with various city, county, state and federal regulatory agencies to facilitate the approval of district construction projects, on behalf of the District • Serve as the District liaison to project architects, engineers and inspectors • Integrate the services of architects and technical consultants, local planning agencies and utilities as they affect the execution of district construction projects. Develop and implement a comprehensive schedule for all activities necessary for the completion of construction of individual projects. • Work with project architects, engineers and designers to coordinate construction and the general administration of construction contracts • Assist district and construction manager with job walks and bidding
