Specifications include, but are not limited to: One general consultant to provide Program Management, Project Controls and Real Estate support services for the Program. The services include staff augmentation. The selected firm will be required to provide these services for the Program during the design, bid and construction phases of each project under the Program. The selected firm shall be responsible for performing or overseeing some or all of the duties necessary for the successful delivery of the program, including, but not limited to: project administration and coordination, prequalification of construction contractors; support of the risk assessment process; project controls and reporting; scheduling; cost engineering and estimating; title and encumbrances review and research; appraisal and acquisition services, relocation assistance program implementation services, right of way certification services, and other services as required.
