Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Provide excellent communication with the City staff and the Commission via e-mail, telephone, and in-person meetings on an as-needed basis; •Hire an artistic team with input from City staff. It is expected that the selected firm will contract with select individuals familiar with the concert; •Provide proper event outlines, timelines, and maps that will include the event layout, equipment dimensions, electrical components, ingress and egress, etc. All production related materials and plans must be approved by City staff; •Abide by the City’s municipal code, safety standards and park rules including working with City staff, emergency personal and safety personnel on the emergency operation plan, and procedures; •Supply and install staging including a professional grade sprung and level dance floor and an elevated stage with right and left wings for approximately 50 orchestra musicians and up to 10 ballet dancers.
