Specifications include, but are not limited to: Social Security Trace Consultant shall conduct a social security trace of social security number by name and recent address used by applicant under consideration for a position. Criminal Conviction History Information shall be investigated for felony and misdemeanor conviction records in federal district, state, and county courts. Consultant shall conduct a physical review of the court records for prospective employees. The physical review shall confirm positive identification through verification of date of birth, social security number and/or driver’s license number. Records shall be investigated and reported for Superior and Municipal Court for each county of current or prior residence for the prospective employee as requested by OCTA. The investigation of criminal convictions shall encompass the maximum length of time as permitted by law with a minimum of the prior seven years.
