Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bid Schedule A: Parking Lot #1A & 1B. The work is located close to Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar Restaurant with 100,000 square feet of pavement area. Work shall include crack seal and slurry seal, type 1 application and restoration of pavement markings and stripes. The work shall also include all the necessary preparation before crack and slurry seal application such as removal and disposal of some of the 4’ concrete wheel stops, protecting in place existing remaining wheel stops, vacuuming, cleaning and removing plant/ weeds at the parking lot and other work as shown on the drawings and as specified.Parking Lot #2 & #3. – The work is located adjacent to the Shelter Island Boat Launch with 110,000 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement. Work shall include a full depth reclamation of existing pavement, where the existing asphalt concrete pavement will be recycled by pulverizing in place, mix with the existing base and add of water and cement. The 10” cement treated recycled base shall be used as the new base for the new 4” asphalt concrete pavement. Other work shall include striping, pavement marking, installation of new wheel stop and other work as shown on the drawings and as specified.Bid Schedule B: Parking Lot #10. The work is at the lower parking lot adjacent to the Shelter Island Boat Launch with 175,000 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement. The work shall include crack seal and seal coat application, striping, pavement markings and other work as shown as shown on the drawings and as specified.
