Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor must be a Palantir Preferred Partner authorized to provide Palantir product support services. 2. The Contractor must be accessible both on-site in Sacramento County and via remote access for all approved CDCR users 3. The Contractor must remain Section 502/ADA compliant. 4. The Contractor must provide twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) system and support availability (with emergency use during command center activation such as during riots, escapes or other incidents) with exception of required, routine maintenance. 5. The Contractor must have data refreshed once a day with the capability to increase frequency as needed by CDCR. 6. The Contractor must allow access to both structured and unstructured (non-OCR) data. 7. The Contractor must provide/update user manuals as needed, addressing any system changes/updates.
