Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Sitework consisting of site utility, accessibility, paving, parking, signage, mechanical, and lighting improvements. 2. Alterations of Building 1 - also known as the main Police Building - intended to establish a new Dispatch center and other related improvements on the Main Floor. Alterations include required demolition of existing facilities to be removed, relocation of existing facilities to be reused, and preservation of existing facilities to remain. Alterations include structural, architectural, mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, security and audio-visual improvements. 3. Alterations of Building 2 - a. Alterations of Building 2A - also known as the South Office Building - intended to establish new Records and Traffic open office areas, public entry, physical training space, lockers, toilets, etc. Alterations include required demolition of existing facilities to be removed, relocation of existing facilities to be reused, and preservation of existing facilities to remain. Alterations include civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, security and audio-visual improvements. b. Alterations of Building 2B - also known as Community Meeting Room - intended to establish fully-functional Community Meeting Room with supporting spaces. Alterations include required demolition of existing facilities to be removed, relocation of existing facilities to be reused, and preservation of existing facilities to remain. Alterations include civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, security and audio-visual improvements.
