Specifications include, but are not limited to: All personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals, and a properly equipped service vehicle necessary to provide on-site destruction of all confidential records at DSH - Metropolitan. Contractor shall be responsible for the destruction of obsolete confidential records including, but not limited to driver’s license records, criminal and history information, tax records, student records, employee records, client records, checks, vouchers, pass cards, requisitions, prescriptions, prescription forms, and other confidential documents. It is estimated that forty (40) tons of shredding documents shall be processed for the duration of the Contract.
