Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts and equipment necessary to perform routine or emergency plumbing services. Services shall include the removal and disposal of obstructions in piping to allow wastewater to flow freely through pipes and fittings to discharge into city sewer mains; repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures. 2) Plumbing work shall include the repairing/replacing sinks/faucets. 3) Contractor shall repair/replace broken/damaged/deteriorated drain lines, water lines, and sewer lines. 4) Repair and/or replace urinals 5) Clear blocked drains. 6) Replacement of hose bibs on premises 7) Repair or replace toilets including flush valves. Replacement toilet(s) must be approved in advance of purchase or installation by the Caltrans Contract Manager. Toto-type, or other high-efficiency, water-saver toilets are preferred. 8) Install drain lines/perforated drain lines and related around structure to effect proper drainage of water.
