Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recording service provider(Provider)shall provide recorded information for the Orange County Transportation Authority’s (Authority) telephone system. The recordings will be written by Authority staff as a tool to educate the public about Authority programs and services. The recorded messages shall be heard over the telephone system by the public while on-hold waiting to speak with Authority staff. Provider shall mix short paragraphs of information that are repeated in a continual loop interspersed with short musical interludes.The current recordings include messages,ranging between twenty (20)seconds and two (2)minutes in length. Recorded information includes but is not limited to construction projects, railroad safety, 91 Express Lanes, Title VI, ACCESS, 511, pass sales,and bus information for current programs, OC Bus Mobile app and the Customer Information Center (CIC).
