Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspect the entire roof area for damage that may have resulted from foreign objects, extreme weather or from human activity i.e.: HVAC unit maintenance. Repair miscellaneous parapet wall joint and cap flashing caulking. Remove all debris that may have accumulated on the roof surface to ensure it does not restrict drainage or cause roof membrane damage. Inspect and clean all roof drains, overflow drains, grates, and scupper drains to ensure a free flow of rain water. Inspect/repair all welds at membrane field seams, pitch pockets, walk pads, roof curbs, roof penetrations, and any roof top accessories functioning in conjunction with the membrane roofing system must be kept properly maintained at all times. Verify no voids have developed at weld points.
