Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. At the request of the CDE Contract Monitor or CDE authorized designee, the Occupational Therapist will provide up to 22 hours per week of assessment, consultation, or direct occupational therapy for CSB students who have Occupational Therapy assessment or direct therapy on their IEP. 2. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing the necessary equipment and materials needed (for example, weighted vests, adapted utensils, therapy putty, etc.) to perform Occupational Therapy assessments or to provide direct service. 3. Depending on the mobility needs of each CSB student(s), the Occupational Therapist will retrieve the student from his or her classroom. For those students who know the travel route to the designated classroom, the Occupational Therapist will meet the student at that classroom.
