Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Sonoma, Human Resources Department, Risk Management Division, is seeking competitive proposals to provide comprehensive occupational health services for the County. The county seeks to enter into an agreement(s) with a provider(s) with a proactive organized system of service delivery designed to coordinate the medical needs of the county’s workforce in a timely, cost effective manner focusing on quality care and return-to-work. Anticipated services to be provided include: occupational injury medical treatment and case management; post-employment-offer physical examinations; return-to-work examinations; fitness for duty examinations, which may include drug and alcohol testing; immunizations and PPDs; and the treatment, tracking and documentation of occupational exposures as required by job specification and/or job assignment.
