Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Immediate response (within [twenty-four] 24 hours) if there is a report of immediate life threat or imminent danger to a resident. 4.1.2 For all other complaints, which are not adult abuse or neglect, respond within a maximum of two (2) business days. 4.1.3 Respond to all requests for witnessing of Advance Health Care Directives within ten (10) days. 4.1.4 Respond to all requests to witness Property Transfers within ten (10) days. 4.1.5 Provide consultation, information and appropriate resource referral to Edgemoor residents, their families and other concerned parties who make contact by telephone within one (1) business day of receiving the request for assistance.
