Specifications include, but are not limited to: To act as one of the NPDES Permit Compliance On-Call Support Services consultants to provide engineering, planning, and environmental regulations compliance support for field and/or office related tasks related to complying with the requirements of Order No. 2013-0001-DWQ, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit No. CAS000004, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for Storm Water Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) on behalf of the Monterey Regional Stormwater Management Program and its member agencies. The chosen Consultants will provide engineering studies, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit analysis, Trash Amendment support (including engineering feasibility studies), reports, field reconnaissance, sampling, analyses, training, facilitation, new NPDES Permit review, negotiation support, and any other NPDES Permit related advice/support at the request of the Agency. Typical qualifications (ie. certifications and skills) necessary for the successful performance of these tasks include, but are not limited to, licensed engineers (PE), QSD and/or QSP, cost estimating, AICP.
