Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance Service shall be as follows: a. Contractor shall maintain the equipment in good operating condition and shall be responsive for the maintenance requirements of the County within the time frames established herein. b. Annual maintenance service charges shall include all mileage, travel and trip expenses. c. Contractor shall provide an average response time of four (4) hours on all Emergency Service Calls upon initial reques by the County at no additional charge for labor. d. Contractor shall provide all services during normal working hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily (Pacific Time), excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. e. Contractor shall, upon request for service, coordinate a response time with the County representative requesting the service. The contractor shall, from the time a service call is received, respond by the next business day when a service technician is scheduled to arrive. f. Prior to entering a maximum security facility the Contractor and their technicians may be required to obtain a Security Cleanence and participate in a check of the individual’s background and criminal history. Parts Replacement Coverage shall be as follows: a. Contractor shall provide all replacement parts at no additional cost to the County. b. Contract does not include major overhauls, installation of additional accessories, abuse, accident, theft or damage to the machine due to repairs by someone other than an authorized Contractor’s representative or damage due to improper use. Supplies Replacement Coverage shall be as follows: a. Contractor shall provide all replacement of consumables such as: Ink, Masters (500,000 print allowance annually) and staples; except paper. b. Contractor shall charge for copy overages annually (starting at 500,001 copies)
