This set of Metalogix products is an essential part for the complete functionality of the Probable Cause Declaration Document Routing System, Document approval system and the overall health of the entire SharePoint Framework utilized as the Sheriff's Department's intranet. This procurement from any lowest-price pass-through vendors is for the renewal of existing annual software maintenance on Metalogix ControlPoint, Metalogix StoragePoint and Metalogix Content Matrix for one initial and two option years for the term in Exhibit C – Pricing Schedule.
