Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Build/create and purchase Google ads and other social media platform advertising as needed. • Produce and buy on the District’s behalf broadcast and video materials for radio, television, web, Internet, movie theaters, and social media ads, when appropriate; in both English and foreign languages as appropriate. • Buy, adjust and monitor/track social media, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap and YouTube, advertising and other social media advertising, on behalf of the District as appropriate. • Buy print advertising, including English and foreign languages as appropriate. • Buy other online, broadcast or social media products, such as Pandora or other such over-the-air, cable, web streaming and internet-based marketing when appropriate.
