The Contractor shall provide a tanker type truck which is designed to dispense metered LPG fuel directly into vehicles. The Contractor’s tanker truck shall have the minimum amount and type of fire extinguisher(s) as required by applicable regulations. b. The Contractor’s fueling vehicle shall have a hose reel with a minimum of hose to reach the receiving vehicle without the vehicle having to be moved. No moving of District vehicles will be allowed. The District’s lots are designed with driveways which are to be used by the Contractor’s fueling truck. The fueling truck shall use these driveways to fuel each vehicle. The Contractor’s Operator is required to document the District’s vehicle number and quantity of fuel dispensed for each vehicle fueled. The meter shall be sealed and certified and display in 1/10 gallon increments and have an internal totalizer meter. The District may provide a helper to assist the operator in documenting the fuel received by the District. If no District person is provided, the Contractor shall contact the District supervisor in charge of the site prior to fueling for totalizer readings. Totalizer meter readings shall be documented before and after fueling at each site. Upon completion of fueling at the site, the operator shall contact the District supervisor prior to leaving the site to have the totalizer meter reading documented to ensure document totals match actual fuel delivered. Fraudulent activities by the Contractor, and/or Contractor’s Operators shall be grounds for termination of the contract. The Contractor shall fuel and document the correct vehicle and/or correct fuel amount based on vehicle. Any erroneous transactions provided regardless of cause, shall not be considered and shall not be processed for payment. Failure of the vendor to provide totalizer readings shall result in maximum delivery calculation of 33% of the vehicle’s fuel capacity. Repeated occurrences of discrepancies shall be considered as cause for unacceptable performance and considered as grounds for the cancellation of the contract.
