Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MiraCosta Community College District (“District” or MCCD) intends to improve the Oceanside Campus using the Design-Build Delivery (DB) method authorized by California Education Code sections 81700 et.. seq., and other applicable laws, to design and construct the following project at the Oceanside Campus: Project No.: 04216 – Library Building Modernization (“Project”). The Library Modernization Project includes two parts: (1) a small major renovation of staff office space to accommodate the campus IT personnel and (2) the general modernization of the Library facility. Currently, IT staff are located in several buildings on the Oceanside campus. This project will consolidate the IT personnel and support spaces to a single location at the Library, using the Campus Space Standards to create a modern and efficient work environment
