Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Tree removal: a. Remove 1 large Eucalyptus Tree b. All tree debris, logs, brush, chips etc. shall be removed from site. c. Grind stump 6-8 inches below grade. d. See figures: (1&2) 2.Restoration of disturbed soils: a.All areas of the project site will be restored to pre-project conditions following completion of the work. This includes, but is not limited to, all areas disturbed by tree work, equipment access and staging. b.The Contractor shall repair at his sole expense all damage to existing park amenities and infrastructure (e.g. pathways and curbs) and vegetation that is cause by the work described in the scope of work. 3.Site Safety a. The Contractor is responsible obtaining road and parking permits for access and staging if needed and for maintaining pedestrian and vehicular traffic safety, during the project. b. The contractor is responsible for contacting underground utility detection service If a utility is damaged immediately notify a city representative and the owner to discuss corrective action. Repairing damaged utilities and park infrastructure caused by the Contractor shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
