Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Contractor agrees to provide janitorial services five (5) days per week at the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Susanville Area office. Contractor agrees to provide all transportation, personnel, labor, equipment (including, but not limited to brooms, buffers, and mops), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and all other equipment required to perform all work as described in this Agreement. CHP will supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc. Contractor will provide CHP a list of these items as needed for replacement. 1) FLOORS 2) PICK UP AND EMPTY ALL WASTE BASKETS AND DISPOSE OF GARBAGE AWAY FROM PREMISES.(replace plastic liners/ wash waste baskets as needed) 3) VENETIAN BLINDS 4) WALLS 5) WlNDOWS 6) WOODWORK, FURNITURE, LEDGES, DOORS, TRIM, WINDOW SILLS AND COUNTERS MISCELLANEOUS JOBS
