Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, chemicals, cleaning supplies, permits, taxes and fees necessary to provide janitorial services for CAL FIRE’s Morgan Hill Headquarters. Areas to be serviced include the front office, hallways, kitchen, break room, and restrooms. A. Front Office, Hallways, and Break Room ▪ Dust and spot-clean all furniture, horizontal surfaces, office equipment, light fixtures, walls, and partitions. ▪ Dust window sills and window blinds. ▪ Clean doors, door handles, windows, light switches, and walls to remove finger prints, dirt, and smudges. ▪ Sweep and spot-clean floors as needed for spills and other miscellaneous spots. ▪ Vacuum all carpeted areas, including door mats. Contractor shall be responsible for removing/replacing all furniture and other movable obstacles before and after vacuuming. ▪ Empty all wastebaskets/trash receptacles and place waste in trash bins. Contractor shall clean the interior/exterior of wastebaskets/trash receptacles and replace liners if soiled or torn. ▪ Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, showers, toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals, fixtures, mirrors, walls, partitions, and doors. ▪ Empty feminine hygiene containers, clean container exteriors and replace plastic liners as needed. ▪ Restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat protectors, soap dispensers, and deodorant blocks, making sure extras are readily available. ▪ Damp-mop restroom floors using a bacteria-killing enzyme deodorizer. B. Kitchen ▪ Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains, sinks, counter tops, tables, cabinets, and appliances. ▪ Wipe down cabinets and other surfaces. ▪ Sweep and damp-mop kitchen floor with disinfectant solution. C. Restrooms ▪ Clean and disinfect men’s and women’s restrooms, including sinks, showers, toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals, fixtures, mirrors, walls, base boards, partitions and doors. ▪ Empty feminine hygiene containers, clean container exteriors and replace plastic liners as needed. ▪ Restock paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat protectors, soap dispensers, and deodorant blocks, making sure extras are readily available. ▪ Damp-mop restroom floors using a bacteria-killing enzyme deodorizer.
