Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.3.1. A minimum of 200 Megabits of available bandwidth. 1.3.1.1. Provide optional pricing at the appropriate tiers between 200Mb and 1Gb. 1.3.2. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) for network availability of at least 99.99%. 1.3.2.1. Provide description of upstream connectivity and resiliency. 1.3.3. The service at this location must be installed, tested and accepted by the City within 90 days of contract signing. 1.3.4. Provide a discussion of the implementation and testing process. 1.3.5. Provide sample bandwidth monitoring reports that will be available with the service. 1.3.6. Vendor shall maintain network monitoring capability and notification to City of San Pablo at the point of any disruption of service. 1.3.6.1. Vendor shall notify City contacts within thirty (30) minutes of any internet outage lasting more than one (1) minute. 1.3.7. Vendor shall provide a contiguous range of 25 Public IP addresses. 1.3.8. Vendor shall grant City control over DNS services as primary with authoritative control. 1.3.9. Describe internal Distributed Denial of Service DDoS capabilities that are in place to mitigate an ISP level service affecting DDoS attack. 1.3.10. The Internet connection must be a turnkey offering. The vendor must provide complete installation of the circuit, including extending Internet access inside the facility from any entry or demarcation point to the designated City communications room. City will be responsible for computer room rack space, UPS protected power and HVAC.
