Specifications include, but are not limited to: Environmental Utilities wishes to develop an Integrated Resources Plan (IRP) that 1) documents current settings, service levels and resource portfolios in the water, wastewater and recycled water utilities and stormwater program; 2) considers a range of possible changed futures stemming from regulatory/legislative/judicial changes, environmental changes, climate change, and changing customer or business needs leading up to the year 2050; 3) develop a range of alternative program or project responses to meet changed conditions, for reduced, similar and enhanced service levels; 4) assemble a master plan of activities and projects over the 2050 planning period; 5) summarize an integrated implementation plan to 2050 including the technical, operational, financial, legislative, educational, and customer strategies and tactics necessary for success.
