Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Provide technical project management for the City of Los Angeles, including Work breakdown structure (WBS), updates to HRP Steering Committee, the implementation plan, etc. ● Provide expectations of the City project team and staffing for successful implementation. ● Analyze the current HR and Payroll processes for the City of Los Angeles and develop a FIT GAP (a detailed disposition of the City’s requirements and how the proposed solution will meet those requirements [configuration, customization, unable to meet]). ● Design the new solution, including configuration requirements, reporting, necessary interfaces, etc., for City review and approval prior to build. ● Identify the necessary technical infrastructure to deliver/support the solution. For cloud hosted solutions, identify ongoing costs and performance obligations.
