Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing stand up, analysis, design, configuration/customization, data conversion, implementation, and post implementation support services in Year One. 2. Providing ongoing SaaS services with seven by twenty-four (7 x 24) availability and highly-responsive customer support services following implementation for up to five (5) years. 3. Working in close consultation with HRSD and ITSB management to support the HRMS solution implementation, using a blended team approach to ensure optimal shared expertise and knowledge transfer. 4. Developing a mutually-agreed upon project plan for implementation and ongoing service support with the direct provider (prime) of the SaaS cloud solution for all work performed, including direction of subcontractor activities, if appropriate. 5. Continuous progress, quality, and performance measurement of implementation activities against success goals, including progressive demonstration of solution content for management and user experience approval.
