Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide all of the materials, supplies, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to administer Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis A & B combination shot inoculations, in Amador, Calaveras, Alpine, Tuolumne, Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties, to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. Upon Award, at or before the time of vaccination administration, Contractor agrees to provide the Contract Manager with the license numbers of each of Contractor’s staff administering the vaccinations, either: 1) A licensed nurse who has trained on vaccine administration policies and procedures, or a Medical Assistant (MA) supervised by a physician may administer Hepatitis A or Hepatitis B inoculations. Each nurse must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN); or 2) A licensed pharmacist who has been appropriately trained on vaccine administration policies and licensed by the California Board of Pharmacology (CBP).
