Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) of the City and County of San Francisco (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a hosted, interactive, web-based training software program (“Program”) to the City’s approximately 14,500 supervisory employees for compliance with California State Assembly Bill AB1825, adopted as California Government Code section 12950.1, and California State Senate Bill 1343. The Program must include information and guidance regarding federal and state laws against harassment, as well as practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The law requires that the Program provider have knowledge and expertise in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
