Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General land use patterns checked against internal records, circulation system, and public infrastructure conditions. 2. Open space, recreation, schools, library, cultural, civic, historical, and park facilities. 3. Housing, population, demographic and social characteristics. 4. Explore, and develop if necessary, new land-use designations to serve future growth characteristics such as, but not limited to, mixed-use projects. 5. Evaluate the Land Use Element and establish internal consistency with other mandated elements in the General Plan, Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. 6. Economic conditions and factors, base market analysis, economic multiplier effects on City economy.
