Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provider shall provide all necessary supervision, material, labor, parts, supplies and equipment required to maintain and repair Fleet Vehicles. All parts, products and services utilized in performance of the ensuing contract shall meet or exceed the specifications included herein and in all cases shall meet or exceed the requirements and specifications of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The Authority may request that Provider supply the Authority with a list of parts suppliers that will be utilized to obtain parts and supplies used to perform contract work. The Authority may also request that Provider supply the Authority with current price sheets for scheduled maintenance and wear items (e.g., brake linings, spark plugs, filters). B. Provider shall provide a written estimate (“Work Order”) prior to the commencement of Work. Work Orders shall reference the vehicle’s license plate number, mileage, description of work to be performed, and estimated repair time. C. Upon receipt of an approved purchase order, Provider shall perform repairs on a timely basis so as to minimize Vehicle downtime.
