Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Create and manage a database that includes all parcels within the CSA, and update as necessary each fiscal year, after review of Assessor Parcel Maps. The database will include assessor parcel number, acreage, and number of benefit units. Currently there are 136 parcels in the Gateway subject to the O & M assessment. 2. Based on budget information provided by the Department of Public Works (DPW), calculate the annual charges per parcel1 for each fiscal year2 . 3. Prepare a memorandum to the DPW that summarizes and explains the calculation of the annual levy, with an attachment that lists the charges for each parcel, no later than June 29, 2018. 4. After approval of the memorandum by DPW via Board of Supervisors approved Resolution, submit the charges on or before August 10 of each year to the Imperial County Auditor-Controller for inclusion in the property tax bills, in a media format as specified by the Auditor-Controller. 5. Communicate with the County Department of Public Works, the County Assessor’s Office, and the County Auditor-Controller’s Office, to obtain information as needed in the performance of these duties.
