Specifications include, but are not limited to:Manteca Unified School District (MUSD) currently has 1 Gbps fiber wide area network (WAN) connectivity at all K-8 sites and 2 Gbps at all High School sites. In addition, we currently have one 10 Gbps aggregate link at the District Office Data Center. MUSD is seeking telecommunication providers that are able to provide MUSD with additional fiber optic communication services, connectivity, and support to all of the District’s remote sites listed in Appendix A. These new services will only be purchased and activated in the event our existing bandwidth becomes oversubscribed (at the District’s discretion). The District is seeking to leverage its investment in these areas to achieve to achieve maximum operating efficiencies and cost savings. a. Wide Area Network Fiber Optic Transmission Services (Appendix AAddresses): i. An option of 100 Mbps for San Joaquin County of Education with 1 Gbps incremental pricing up to 2 Gbps. ii. An option of 1 Gbps for all K-8 remote sites and Lindbergh Corporation Yard with 1 Gbps incremental pricing up to 10 Gbps 1. Note: Sites that require the upgrade will be determined after the bidding window. All other sites will remain at 1 Gbps iii. An option of 2 Gbps for all High School sites with 1 Gbps incremental pricing up to 10 Gbps iv. An option of 10 Gbps for the District Office aggregation with 2 Gbps incremental pricing up to 40 Gbps
