Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must be capable of fueling up to 220 buses per day as a result of an emergency. The Contractor must be capable of mobile fueling (wet hose) while on OCTA property. The Contractor must have all necessary permits and certifications to conduct mobile fueling activity. The Contractor must comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 461 for mobile re-fuelers, vehicles and associated equipment used by the Contractor. Mobile fueling must be equipped with all systems (i.e. Vapor Recovery system) required by the SCAQMD and the California Air Resources Board (ARB). Vehicles and associated equipment must be compliant with the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The Contractor must comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
