Specifications include, but are not limited to: (a) Initial studies, reports, investigations, and design work to enable JRC and the Design-Builder to arrive at a guaranteed maximum price for the Capitol Visitor/Welcome Center; (b) Participation and collaboration with JRC, the Owner’s Representative, and the Design-Builder in further development and refinement of the current concept; (c) Design and development of the exhibit spaces and exhibits. The Exhibit Designer will be required to collaborate with the Design-Builder to incorporate the space needs and requirements specified by the Exhibit Designer into the architectural designs and details of the Capitol Visitor/Welcome Center. Provide specifications and drawings that incorporate all requirements for structure, technology, and power cabling needs for the proposed exhibits; (d) Management of the exhibit design; (e) Obtaining required clearances, licenses, and permits for work, work sites, storage areas, etc., both on-and off site; (f) Coordination with project stakeholders under JRC/Owner’s Representative direction
