Specifications include, but are not limited to: All project management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Contract. The work generally consists of various electrical, construction and design support, and associated work at SMUD’s various facilities during normal business hours. This is a task bonded contract and the Contractor shall provide estimates per the TC’s to make additions, changes, and renovations to various SMUD facilities sites and buildings, including obtaining any necessary permits. The following is a partial list of the various types of work that will be needed: 1. Design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, installation, programming, and equipment startup for electrical and telecommunications work as the task requires. The contractor shall furnish and be responsible for all material, labor, and other services required providing a fully operational system or equipment installed.
