Specifications include, but are not limited to: The monitoring system must be enclosed in a housing and shall fit within a space of200 mm x 150 mm x 75 mm. The monitoring system shall have Ethernet, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), and cellular connectivity for uploading data. Data will be captured over the vehicle J1939 CAN line and recorded by the monitoring system. The monitoring system will record: o battery charge and discharge rates, as well as other battery metrics o vehicle regenerative breaking profile o range and distance traveled o vehicle location o fault indications o general vehicle data, like speed, propulsion status, and vehicle health Recorded information will be stored either on onboard storage devices like SD cardsand hard drives, or be uploaded to the cloud in real time. Vendor must provide subscription software for 3 months that provides all vehicleand driver statistics, battery statistics, regenerative breaking profiles, remote diagnostics capability, and summary report capability. Recorded data will be viewable by SFMTA via web browser interface.
