Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rehabilitation of approximately 4,951 feet of 15-inch diameter of non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP) and approximately 308 feet of 18-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe (VCP) with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners. The project will also rehabilitate twenty-two (22) existing manholes with calcium aluminate cement and one (1) manhole with fiberglass lining, and all appurtenant work. The project comprises two (2) segments located within the Cities of Downey and Bellflower. One (1) segment within the City of Downey begins in Burns Avenue near the intersection with Old River School Road, then southeasterly to the intersection of Paramount Boulevard and Burns Avenue, then northeasterly to the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and Paramount Boulevard, then southeasterly ending at the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and New Street. One (1) segment located in the City of Bellflower begins along the existing sewer alignment beginning at the intersection of Woodruff Avenue and Artesia Boulevard, then westerly ending at private property at the intersection of Ramona Avenue and Artesia Street.
