Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All Sites: a. The system must have the ability to monitor voice/sound activity when the system is armed. b. The system must utilize a PIN pad (or other similar means) for employees to enter their unique ID to turn the system off/on. Proposer must be able to issue up to 40 unique means of identification and replace identification individually as necessary, within 4 hours of request by County management staff.c. The system must contain: i. A glass breakage sensor; ii. A contact type sensor for entry (1) entry door; iii. A motion sensor in main interior area; iv. A panic button at Scale Operator station; and v. A back up battery capable of standalone operation of entire system for a minimum of 72 hours. d. The system must have the capability to alarm when entry door remains open for one-minute or longer, when the system is disarmed. The alarm shall trigger notification of multiple County personnel.
